ORLANDO — June 1, 2022 — Bridge Senior Living today announced two additions to its executive team and one new hire for the company’s marketing team.
Rosalyn Watson joined as senior vice president of wellness nationally and Meagan Peppers joined as vice president of sales and marketing in the Southeast. Also, Brian Solomon joins Bridge Senior Living as marketing manager.
Watson brings to Bridge Senior Living nearly 25 years of experience related to senior care. In her new role, Watson will further develop and deliver resident wellness programs nationally for all 34 Bridge Senior Living communities. She joins Bridge Senior Living following over five years of clinical leadership with Milestone Retirement Communities, where she was most recently chief clinical and compliance officer for nearly two years and executive vice president of clinical and compliance from March to October 2020.
Watson was also senior vice president of health and wellness through Milestone’s merger with Compass Pointe Healthcare. From June 2017 to March 2020, she was chief wellness officer with Validus Senior Living. She also held corporate or national director roles with Compass Pointe Healthcare System, Sagora Senior Living, Century Park Associates, Bell Senior Living, ADRC Sunrise Senior Living, and Marriott Senior Living, and she worked as regional nurse and interim director of nursing for University Village Nursing Center. Based in Tampa, Watson earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Peppers, who now oversees sales and marketing of Bridge Senior Living communities in Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee, joins the company following nearly three years as regional director of sales and marketing for Navion Senior Living. Previously she was in a similar director role with Harmony Senior Services in Roanoke, Virginia. Peppers was community based for Autumn Leaves Memory Care in Greenville, South Carolina, and Brookdale in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she was also a business development coordinator.
Peppers earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Montreat College in North Carolina. She is based in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Solomon joins Bridge Senior Living following nearly three years as marketing manager for the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park, Florida. Previously he held roles as marketing manager with Spectra—which manages the University of Central Florida’s Addition Financial Arena—and marketing and communications manager with the Franklin Theatre in Franklin, Tennessee. He also worked as an agent assistant/marketing coordinator with Nashville-based KCA Artists. Solomon earned a bachelor’s degree in music business at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He is based in Orlando.
