Multi-Million Dollar 2022 Upgrade Nears Completion

The Carlisle Palm Beach (“The Carlisle”) at 450 E. Ocean Ave. in Lantana, Florida will become the 36th community in Bridge Senior Living’s portfolio. An affiliate of Bridge Senior Living has owned The Carlisle Palm Beach since 2017 and this change of management transitions The Carlisle Palm Beach to Bridge Senior Living’s owner/operator management model, opening a new market presence in South Florida.

During upcoming weeks, the community’s independent living will be rebranded as The Residences at The Carlisle Palm Beach while the assisted living and memory care neighborhood, which are in a separate section of the community, will be branded The Carlisle Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Built to resemble a classic Spanish style with an initial opening in 2000, The Carlisle recently underwent a multimillion-dollar modernization which includes the lobby, dining room and wellness center, with a state-of-the- art fitness facility. Renovations are expected to be completed later this month.
