TWELVE BRIDGE SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES RECOGNIZED WITH 2025 U.S. NEWS & WORLD REPORT BEST SENIOR LIVING RATINGS
ORLANDO – April 15, 2025 – Bridge Senior Living today announced that 12 communities across its portfolio were recognized by U.S. News & World Report as 2025 highly rated communities across multiple lifestyle categories.
Seven communities received the Best of Senior Living community award, which is U.S. News & World Report’s highest recognition. Additionally, five communities received high performance accolades for outstanding performance in key areas.
Now in its fourth year, the 2025 Best Senior Living ratings from U.S. News evaluated over 3,800 communities in the United States. Communities are evaluated on several criteria, including resident and family members’ satisfaction with safety, care, community management and staff, value and other services and amenities provided by the community.
U.S. News awards the designation of “Best Senior Living” only to those communities that satisfy U.S. News’ rigorous, data-driven standard, reflecting the viewpoints from more than 450,000 consumer surveys. Only the highest-rated communities in each care level earned a “Best” rating. U.S. News also recognizes outstanding performance in several key areas with a High Performing accolade. These accolades are awarded to communities that scored in the top 25% of evaluated communities nationwide for Caregiving, Activities & Enrichment, Management & Staff, Food and “Feels Like Home,” and met certain other criteria.
The Bridge Senior Living communities that received “Best of” honor include:
- Somerby Mobile in Mobile, Ala. (a fourth consecutive year winner) for two distinctions: Best Assisted Living and Best Memory Care. This community also received high performance accolades for Memory Care Activities & Enrichment and Feels Like Home
- Somerby Peachtree City Senior Living in Peachtree City, Ga. (a three-year winner) for Best Memory Care. This community also received high performance accolades for Memory Care Caregiving and Activities and Entertainment.
- The Enclave of Scarborough in Scarborough, Maine (a fourth consecutive year winner) for two distinctions: Best Assisted Living and Best Memory Care. This community also received high performance Memory Care accolades for Feels like Home and Food & Dining
- Heritage Place in Fayetteville, N.C. for Best Independent Living, the second time receiving this recognition in four years.
- The Grande at Laumeier Park in Sunset Hills, Mo. for Best Assisted Living. This community also received Assisted Living high performance accolades for Caregiving, Activities & Enrichment, Feels Like Home and Food & Dining
- Bridges of Warwick in Jamison, Pa., for Best Assisted Living and Best Memory Care. This community also received high performance Memory Care accolades for Caregiving, Activities & Enrichment, and Food & Dining
- Bridges of Bent Creek in Mechanicsburg, Pa., for Best Assisted Living also received high performance Assisted Living accolades for Caregiving, Activities & Enrichment, Feels Like Home, and Food & Dining.
The five communities who received standalone high-performance accolades include:
- Somerby St. Vincents One Nineteen in Birmingham, Ala., for Assisted Living Activities & Enrichment
- Somerby Mt. Pleasant near Charleston, S.C., for Independent Living Activities & Enrichment
- Enclave of Franklin in Franklin, Ma., for Memory Care Feels Like Home
- Somerby Franklin near Nashville, Tenn., for Independent Living Activities & Enrichment
- Washington Pointe Las Colinas near Dallas/Fort Worth for Independent Living Feels Like Home
